POLICY

PLEASE NOTE!

Due to COVID 19, Australia Post has decreed that all International

parcels must be be tracked.  Accordingly, there are only two options for international  postage at 'Checkout' - Tracked and Express.

Both options could still be severely delayed by weeks.

There are also quite a few countries that Australia Post won't presently deliver to.

Please contact me if your country is not listed at 'Checkout' and I will clarify.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

Please allow up to five business days

for your purchase to be ready for the post.

Typically it will only take a day or two to get orders out but when a new pack is released it will take longer.

 

Shipping Costs

Current shipping cost is available when checking out.

Choose your country then preferred method of postage.

Total cost of shipping will be shown.

 

Please inquire re cost if your country is not listed.

Pick Up Policy

Local pick up is available (South Perth, Western Australia) by choosing 'Pick Up' in 'Shipping' area of cart, when checking out.  

Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us via our "Contact' page if you have an issue with your purchase.  Returns are an option if a fault occurs but not if you simply change your mind.
